I came up with an idea for a safety tool for the mining industry about 10 years ago when working in the industry. I designed this tool at home and used it successfully for myself for many years at work. I changed company's a few years ago and immediately saw a use for my tool as there are quite a number of women working for this company who could benefit and work safer from my idea. I had no idea how to get started, then by chance I heard an ad on the radio about a company called Form Designs who could turn my idea into a reality. I contacted them and they arranged a meeting.
